Right, so, I've been acosted by a local writer whom I see in person alot, actualy, to draw his comic for him. He handed me some scripts, and I liked what I saw (especialy since I'm a character! ^__^), not to mention he drew story boards for me. VERY nice of him. *pokes Kait in the ribs*
Please note that this doesnt mean that The Green Whey is dead, nor will what we have be unavailable. It'll just be in archives on the site.
Kait, dont take this personaly. This isnt a move against you in the least. The Green Whey will allways take precidence over this comic, as long as I have scripts to go ahead a few weeks.
Pretty much, when Kait has time to work on tGW hardcore, then I'll be workin on it too, but until then, I'm working on... *Fanfare* "ADVENTURES IN COLLAGE MEDIOCRATY!"
Right, so the new comic should be up and running within the month.
Wish us luck.

(just to reinforce thie point, the Green Whey is NOT dead. Just on hold.)
In our recent state of undeath.... the author of this charming little comic would like it to be noted that there are still beautiful things in the world. Such as Quiche, orange soda, 63|\|3 and final fantasy 5. Oh... and co-workers not showing up to work as i sit here... -slaving- over the circ desk... i don't even have time to breathe... what with all of the crazy liberal arts college students demanding i check them out books-- acting like this is some kinda library or something... well it isn't! all of those books are just there for looks! Nobody actually reads them! We only read webcomics.. cause, duh... we find all of our book transcripts online and then make our text-to-voice translators on our laptops read the homework to us, while we watch television... i mean... that's what college is all about.. no, not really... but the text-to-voice thing is true... reading is for the technology-inferior group of subhuman... no.. wait... i shouldn't be writing as i work... my mind is on other things... like librarianism.. a rare disease... even when you aren't working... you find yourself sshing people in the library.
Anyway, on a serious note... Jess (the artist) and I are NOT dead and we ARE going to be putting up new comics shortly... as soon as i make a long time promised trip to portland in which Jess (the artist) and i will re-format the entire comic... and start over. Yep.
In other news, my life is great. I ate chinese food today and received the best insult/comment ever: "You're cool... even though you're a heathen and you suck at life!"
Kait out
I think I owe you all an explanation, and an apology.
I've been extremely busy recently, what with school, and scrambling to find a job. It seems to be nigh impossible to find a job in this city, and if I dont find one this month, I'm probably not going to be able to stay in town at all, which means I'd have to drop out of school, and that would suck. Alot.
That and I've had major artistic constipation.
Also, I think we're going to restart the comic. It's not a final descision, but we're leaning toward doing that since we have a private investor (heh! Woo!) who I am told is willing to pay for printing costs. *GRIN* Now if that aint the bees knees.
Well, i'm goina go get me some food now, and prepare for school (if that's not the same thng)... raw ramen, breakfast of champions. >_<

Well, we're alive... Uh, well, atleast I know I am. I havent even spoken to Kait in almost a week, I think. Possibly longer.
Been almost a month since my last post... *hangs head*
You might as well check back every once in a while to see if there's a new comic up...
I've got a little, a LITTLE tGW art which you can find in
my gallary. I also post the latest episodes there. Be warned that my gallary is a very, very graphics intensive site but together by the wonderful people at DeviantART, and because the servers there are so busy it might take forever for it to load on a slower connection.
>_< This just sucks.
